There is a lot of infrmation to be found about Reiki on the web. Here I have put a small (subjective) selection of sites that I found useful in my exploration of Reiki. More will be added as I come accross them...
The original Japanese style
of Reiki, unlike the Wetsern style, does not use symbols. Instead they use a
method called Reiju to directly connect to the Reiki energy. You can learn more
about Reiju and how
to do it thanks to James Deacon.
You will find a lot more
information on Reiki and related modalities on James'
web site.
Thanks to Andy, you can now learn all you ever wanted to know about Reiki history.
A lot about Japanese Reiki can be found on Richard Rivard's website. Reiki symbols are also explained.
Vincent Amador's Reiki Plain and Simple. I have nicknamed this site "Reiki the Zen way".
Frank Arjava Peter's Reiki Dharma web site.
